Ayala is a true Grande Marque Champagne house founded in 1860. Situated in the town of AY just a few minutes drive from Epernay. All of Ayala's vineyards are rated 90% or above on the 'echelle des crus' scale. (Each vineyard in the grape harvest). This ensures only the best free run juice is used.
